フランスの大学入試（バカロレア）には「哲学」があり、次のような問題が出るという。
La langage trahit-il la pensee?(言語は思考を裏切るか？)
Est-il absurde de desirer l’impossible?(不可能を望むことは非合理か？)
大学入試でこんな問題が出るなんて、日本では到底考えられない。「こんなもので合否を決められてはたまらない」と、非難ごうごうだろう。「客観的」でないからだ。
これについて、ブログ主のMadeleine Sophieさんはこう書いている。
日本人の多くが受験するセンター試験では、正解が一つである問題が出題されますが、バカロレアでは以上のような正解のない問題が出題されます。正解のない問題に論理を用いて他者を説得する文章を書く能力が問われることになります。
もう学校教育のレベルで、ここまで考え方に開きがあるわけだ。
